Magic is alive in the world! We are not alone in the universe!
There is a new team joining the Bureau. They will be stationed in the cradle of the new world, along the Mississippi River; there arise all manners of beasts and aliens. Just north of New Orleans and south of Vicksburg, you would think all the crazies would drift along down river, but we have found this to not be the case. Instead they have decided to create a new city and populate it with all manners of things that go bump in the night. Along comes a team of Bureau Agents to keep us all safe from these things.
The Bureau of Alien and Supernatural Investigations was established to monitor and investigate everything other agencies can not. Ultimately, they get all the 'interesting' case, even the X-Files and Project Blue Book does not want these cases.
