During the Gulf War in 1990, four Airmen got together to pass the time pursuing a favorite pastime, Role Playing Games. Specifically one game, Cyberpunk!

Version 0.1 (circa 1988, Cyberpunk/Friday Night Firefight)
Cyberpunk Cover Cyberpunk is released with much anticipation to a local group of Oklahoma games looking for something out of fantasy and with more of an edge to it.

Version 1.0 (circa 1990, Cyberpunk 2013)
Randy, Andy, Frank and Thom get together to plan out a massive metropolis where each could run a game in their section of the city and everything would keep running, when they changed to another game's master or referee. The cities were named North City, East City, South City and West City. The area was chosen by Thom in the Louisiana/Mississippi area, just north of New Orleans.

Version 2.0 (circa 1992, Cyberpunk 2.0.2.0.)
Ian, Terry, Aaron and Thom came together to plan a few games in the metropolis that had come to be known as The Four Cities. Terry made mention that the directional names could be better served if they had actual names. Looking at the maps of the ox-bow lake that had been designated for the area, it was decided to use Deer Park from the actual area.

Version 3.0 (circa 1994, Cyberpunk 2.0.2.0.)
New stories grew and adventures progressed. Before it went to sleep the last time, Colby, Anthony, Susan, Mike and Thom ran into vampires (both posers and 'real'), werewolves and new corporations.

Version 4.0 (circa 2009, Cyberpunk v3)
Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, will the new city survive the revival and re-imagination of a favorite game? Cyberpunk has been redefined many times and looms closer and closer on the horizon of actual events.
